Review and Giveaway: Uncle Ben's Whole Grain White Rice

What comes to mind when you hear the words "Uncle Ben's" or see that iconic picture above? To me, I think immediately of comfort, of home, and of quality, dependable products. I hope that you think the same!

Uncle Ben's and Mom Central have given my family the opportunity to try their Whole Grain White Rice recently. We were very pleased with the product! I'll be the first to tell you that I'm not the go-to cook in the house, so my sweet husband fixed the rice with hamburger patties and a gravy, and it was quite good! My boys (ages 9 and 6) ate it up without question. I like that this new Whole Grain White Rice is so good for us all! Did you know that this rice is not only a good source of fiber, low fat, and cholesterol free, but is also a good source of niacin, thiamin, and folic acid? You can't argue with that, can you?

Uncle Ben's Whole Grain White Rice will soon be found on your grocery store shelves! They are scheduled to be sold nationwide in July, so keep your eye out! There will be several varieties, such as Long Grain, Broccoli Cheddar, Chicken, Taco Style, Sweet Tomato, and Garden Vegetable. I'm looking forward to trying the other tastes out myself!

Be sure to check out Uncle Ben's website for more information and recipes!
