It doesn't seem possible, but the Energizer Bunny has been around for 20 years! I can remember how BIG it was when it first came out....everyone was talking about those commercials! I remember a group of women doing a skit based on the bunny for a church get together one summer, too!
When you think about it, the fact that this same mascot has been around for that amount of time, its pretty amazing...but if I can get philosophical here for a minute, I really appreciate the Energizer Bunny's message. Isn't that what we all need to try to do in life, but "Keep Going, and Going, and Going..." And heck, the pink bunny always has done that, and looked adorable while doing so! There is something to be said for that stick-to-it-iveness and persistence no matter what. There have certainly been times in the last 20 years I've wanted to sit down and quit, but I haven't. I do believe the Energizer Bunny and I have lots in common! LOL
Maybe YOU have lots in common with the good 'ol bunny, too! How about you share that love?! Guess who has a Facebook page?! You got it! Hey, what 'in the know' 20 year old doesn't, right?!
Go become a fan on his Facebook page and get lots of updates on where the bunny is headed, see a photo gallery of him and his fans, and even get in on fun promotions and programs! C'mon, you know you wanna!! I've made it really simple for you: just click on the banner above!
And that's not all! The fun keeps going...and going....and going....(I couldn't resist!) How would YOU like to get a pair of perfectly adorable Energizer Bunny slippers?
These one size fits all slippers are simply a piece of American advertising history! And they are just as fuzzy furry soft as they look!
To win, just leave a comment on this post stating a favorite memory you have from the last 20 years. That's pretty simple isn't it?? Now, I'm not gonna count it if you just say,"I wanna win!" Surely you can put forth a little more effort than that for these cute slippers, right?!

I have quite a couple favorite memories from the past 20 years. My very favorite is when my son (now 6 years old) said his first word (besides the baby words he said a lot...dada, mama, baba, etc). At that time we had a dog named Tiger and we were outside playing in the yard and Tiger was laying next to us. My son patted Tiger on the head and said "Tiger puhpuh". Puhpuh was how he would say puppy.

Wowie the energizer bunny is still so cool! I'd love to have those adorable bunny slippers for my aching pregnant feet to wear around the house!!
I can't just name one fav memory so I'll name a few.
Graduating high school & getting away from all of those close minded, mean, hypocrites in my class.
Getting married this past November 15th to the most loving, wonderful, caring, patient, fun, funny, insane guy I've ever met!
((And our totally awesome wedding cake & cake topper))
Flipping out when I found out I was preggy the day before Valentines day. The reason I say that is because if I hadn't of totally went insane then I don't think I could really truly appreciate what has been happening the past 24hrs. I turned 30 on the 28th & I realized I'm getting older, I feel older. I also realized that maybe being a mommy isn't such a bad thing afterall. Even though I NEVER wanted kids, EVER...
But my friends & family all seem to think I'll make a wonderful mom, so I guess they all see something in me that I've now just gotta learn for myself.
